These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the GoPKZ platform. Please read them carefully and in full before creating an account or placing any bet. By using GoPKZ, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

GoPKZ reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to exploit technical errors. Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and GoPKZ (hereinafter "GoPKZ", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and entertainment platform accessible at gopkz.cam (the "Platform").
GoPKZ is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform focused on the Pakistan market. To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on GoPKZ, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater. GoPKZ strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. Any Account found to belong to a user below the applicable minimum age will be immediately suspended, all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
You confirm that your access to and use of the Platform is not prohibited, restricted or regulated in a manner that would render your participation unlawful under the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on GoPKZ. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. GoPKZ reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds held in such accounts pending investigation.
You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative for any third party. You confirm that the funds deposited and used on the Platform are from a legitimate source and are owned by you personally.

To access the full functionality of the GoPKZ Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. GoPKZ may, at its sole discretion, require additional documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any stage.
GoPKZ operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal can be processed, or at any other time GoPKZ deems appropriate:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of KYC.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. GoPKZ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account. You must notify GoPKZ immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
The GoPKZ Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or any error in the display of odds, game outcomes or Account balances, GoPKZ reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions and to correct any resulting errors in Account balances. GoPKZ will not be liable for losses caused by technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including network outages and third-party service failures.
GoPKZ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. GoPKZ will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practical but cannot guarantee such notice in all circumstances.
The Platform may integrate or reference third-party services including payment processors and game content providers. GoPKZ does not accept liability for the actions, omissions or service quality of third-party providers, though we commit to working only with providers who meet applicable technical and compliance standards.
Deposits must be made using payment methods that are available and supported in the GoPKZ cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable processing times and any associated fees are displayed within the cashier interface and may change from time to time. GoPKZ reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.
Payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) are referenced on this Platform as familiar payment options in the Pakistan market. Their actual availability in the cashier must be verified at the time of deposit. GoPKZ does not imply that any named payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful KYC verification, the absence of any active bonus wagering requirement, and compliance with these Terms. GoPKZ will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. GoPKZ reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
Account balances are denominated in the currency selected at registration. For users in the Pakistan market, balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by GoPKZ or its payment processor partners at the time of transaction.
An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. GoPKZ reserves the right to apply a reasonable inactivity administration fee to such accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through GoPKZ are subject to individual promotion terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during a bonus period (for example, a maximum wager of PKR 500 per bet or spin during a bonus), eligible games and game contribution rates, and bonus expiry periods will all be stated in the specific promotion terms. Illustrative examples on the GoPKZ homepage are not guaranteed live promotion parameters — refer to the current promotion terms in your account.
GoPKZ reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus, promotional credit, or winnings generated from a bonus in circumstances where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or acting in concert with other users to abuse promotions.
GoPKZ reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already claimed in good faith.
All bets placed through the GoPKZ Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. GoPKZ reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion.
In the event that a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error, typographical mistake, or data feed failure, GoPKZ reserves the right to void such bets regardless of the outcome. GoPKZ is not obligated to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.
GoPKZ is committed to sports betting integrity. Bets suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of corruption — including in relation to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments or any other sporting event — may be voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant sports governing body or law enforcement authority.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to odds fluctuations throughout the course of an event. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is binding. GoPKZ reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time due to significant in-game events, data feed disruptions, or integrity concerns.
GoPKZ is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account at any time. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account restriction) and self-exclusion (permanent account restriction).
GoPKZ strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the applicable minimum age. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. All content on the GoPKZ Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of GoPKZ or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of GoPKZ.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoPKZ, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
GoPKZ's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GoPKZ collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details of how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.
GoPKZ reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team at the contact details set out in Section 16.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoPKZ is incorporated or licensed to operate, which may not be Pakistan. GoPKZ does not claim to be regulated by or subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of these Terms.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, GoPKZ encourages Users to first contact our support team to seek resolution informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanisms available in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
