Please note that certain rights may be subject to limitations where applicable legal obligations (such as anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements) require us to retain your data notwithstanding a deletion request. The GoPKZ Platform is strictly intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 18 years — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater.
If GoPKZ becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person below the applicable minimum age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated account, and void any transactions made through such account.
